Owner Always on or Auto Revert

This is a form that allows the gas and electric to automatically switch to the Owner's name when there is a vacancy. This ensures that there is no loss of power between tenancy that would result in loss of heat, no power to sump pumps, and the inability to clean, vacuum, etc... promptly, thereby leading to increased vacancy. (SIDE NOTE - RG&E does not auto-revert for past due bills or shutoff notices). CLICK HERE

MCWA - Customer Acknowledgement Form for Rental Property - This form allows an Owner to have the Water Bill sent to the rental property under the Owner's name In care of the tenant. Allowing them to receive the bills and pay them. Ultimately the Owner is still responsible for the bill if not paid. CLICK HERE

• Tenant Billing Authorization Form - This form allows the City of Rochester to bill the tenant for water usage at the rental property. The owner is responsible for all unpaid charges, but this allows for the tenant to receive and pay on their own.    CLICK HERE
• Certificate of Occupancy Form - All properties in the City of Rochester are required to have a Certificate of Occupancy (CofO). This is the form for the initial application. CLICK HERE

There is a rental Property Permit Application for the Town of Greece that needs to be renewed every 3 years. This form must be filled out and submited to the Town of Greece with the appropriate fee. The form can be found HERE.
